What we do

This is a growing network of hubs and members, all committed to growing their businesses and growing as people. We make that happen through weekly co-working and coaching sessions at accessible price points.

Sport is a common interest, with rugby being a strong theme. But, like rugby, it's truly inclusive. You don't need to be able to chuck a ball about to join. You just have to not be a dickhead.

This is a network, but it's not a "networking" business. It's a space for businesses who want to connect with and learn from other people who think about their careers like athletes; always tackling the next win.

Players

Value, respect, and arm-around support shouldn't only be found in sports clubs. We help ex-players find their new team, and their new definition of success.

To do that, we provide a network of trusted business owners for current and retired sportspeople to come and speak to, learn from, and potentially bring their skills to.

Clubs

For the places that invest so much in supporting everyone in the club community, this is where you come to for your support. Connect with businesses ready to invest in your club, and access the expertise, support, and pairs of hands that volunteer-run clubs often lack.

What makes us so different?

Non-wanky networking

This is a network, but it's not "networking" like you're used to. Wearing name tags, eating finger food, and generally feeling really awkward for a few hours isn't our style. We do host events. You will get to know people. But we don't do it in a way that makes you want to eat your own shoelaces out of boredom.

When one of us succeeds, we all succeed

If someone has something that's working for them, they share it with everyone else. None of that gatekeeping nonsense. And none of that competitive bollocks.
